Shipping rates for physical artwork are additional costs to purchase price and vary due to location, size, packaging and insurance.

Purchases of Multisensory Full Package are limited to 2 per customer.

Shipping for all physical items is included in purchase cost.

If your address (digital, or physical) changes between the time you place your pre-order and estimated digital release, or shipping date, please notify via email at resonner@jeangraeartworks.com.

Returns/damage/refunds: For any returns, damaged goods received, or refunds desired- hope this does not happen, but if it does- please contact at resonner@jeangraeartworks.com and we’ll get it sorted.

Scent Card: As the scent is still in development, when finalized, you will receive an email with a full list of final ingredients. Understandable that you may have allergens, irritants, dislikes, or pets with sensitivities. Jean takes all of those things very seriously. Scent Card will be replaced with a handmade linocut print.
